How We Do It
Shipping/Postage:
Please allow between 1- 3 working days to process your order. This does not include Australia Post delivery times.
Postal times with Australia Post vary between locations throughout Australia. Use the tracking number on the website below to track your orders progress.

Orders will be sent via Australia Post either by regular post or Express post, Australia wide.
Claybelle Designs takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items sent through Australia Post. If your parcel has been lost in transit please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78.
International shipping is currently unavailable.

Returns and Refunds Policy
How It Works
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Please note due to health and hygiene regulations you cannot return your earrings. Refunds and exchanges will not be given to items already dispatched for hygiene reasons. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the items received please contact me via email at hello@claybelledesigns.com and I will do my best to resolve any issues.
